Working out which level?

Tell us how many free evenings you have between now and the move, and be honest about it. That single answer settles the question more reliably than anything else, because packing consumes far more of them than people allow for.

Comparing quotes?

Ask every firm two things: what exactly is included at the price they have given, and how many vehicles your furniture will be on. On a long move those two questions explain most of the difference between figures.

If something went wrong

Write and say so plainly. Your booking contract covers claims and the time limits on them, and we would far rather deal with it directly than leave you reading clauses on your own.
